I have been taking this meal on trips for some time now. Among popular freeze-dried meals, in my opinion, this one has the best macros. The portion is sizable and satisfies hunger for a long time. Unfortunately, the price is high and keeps increasing. You get what you pay for.

Freeze-drying
Freeze-drying is the process of dehydrating food in a vacuum at very low temperatures (-50 C). Thanks to this method, freeze-dried meals retain their full nutritional value and high calorie content.
