Versatile Insert System

Backpack made of durable 500D Cordura

Constructed from robust 500D Cordura, this material is highly resistant to abrasions and tears, ensuring exceptional durability even under challenging conditions. It provides effective protection against mechanical damage and moisture.

Capacious main compartment with room for hydration cartridge

The large main compartment is crafted to accommodate a hydration cartridge with its specific mount, as well as a hole for tubing and a mouthpiece. Inside the front compartment, soft velour lining allows the use of organizers compatible with the Versatile Insert System to arrange your gear. A shock cord equipped with a stopwatch is affixed on the front, providing an easy way to attach clothing or gear like a sleeping pad.

    As a woman, I searched for a long time for a backpack that would have a military look but also be suitable for everyday use in the city. I also wanted it to be comfortable and anatomically designed, with a universal size for both travel and work. I think I have finally found such a model. I appreciate that Helikon is starting to offer more products with women in mind. As for the backpack itself: the Coyote color really appealed to me, the chest strap is well designed, and the backpack—both empty and loaded (for example, with three liters of water)—fits my back well and is comfortable to wear. Additionally, I purchased an organizer for small items. I believe that if you are looking for a solid city backpack that also works well for a weekend trip, this model is really worth considering. Previously, I had a 16-liter backpack from another Polish brand and it was nice too, but it turned out to be too small.

    In my opinion, this is the best backpack in the 20-25L size, excellent in terms of price to quality. The material is real Cordura, solid YKK zippers, Woijin plastic components, and excellent back stiffening – at this promotional price, it's worth getting without hesitation. This is my next backpack from Helikon and once again I am very satisfied. I needed something between a 10L and a 35L backpack, and this one is perfect. An important plus is the subdued, civilian look and the fact that it's a Polish manufacturer. I wanted to check out Wisport, but for this price I can get three Helikon backpacks, so the choice is obvious. I recommend it to everyone.

This pattern has a unique, classic character and is rarely seen on the streets or trails, which makes the backpack definitely catch attention.     This backpack is definitely worth recommending. Helikon usually maintains a high standard, but in this case the quality is truly exceptional. The sturdy stitching, very well-thought-out design, and even the carefully finished plastic details clearly show that the product is solidly made. A major advantage is the rigid construction based on two side panels and a metal flat bar in the middle. The stiffener can be removed from the inside, which makes washing easier. The interior is admittedly quite empty, which may be a minor drawback, but this results from the backpack being designed for a whole series of organisers, making it easy to adapt to individual needs and arrange equipment conveniently.

    A very successful backpack — sturdy, durable, and clearly well made. For a 21L capacity, it holds quite a lot; even with my older, less optimised gear, there is still some room left. Granted, for this size it is fairly heavy, but that is an acceptable trade-off for the confidence that my gear will not let me down. I mainly take it into the woods, and so far it is the most comfortable backpack I have had.

    I bought another backpack – although I already have a Raccoon with a similar capacity, the EDC is definitely more versatile! The quality of workmanship is very good, although the zippers can indeed get stuck... However, at this promotional price, it's hard to complain about that! Additionally, the camouflage looks great!
