How to use the free return?
If your purchase doesn't hit the mark - for example, you picked the wrong size, you can easily make a quick and free return at MILITARY! Here you will find information on how to conveniently arrange it. You have 30 days from receipt of the shipment to return it. The return is free of charge!
TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Go to Return Merchandise Authorization page and log in to your Military Rewards Club account or enter your order number if you placed the order without logging in.
- In the Order History, select the correct order and click Return/Complaint next to it. Then select Return.
- Select the returned product, quantity and reason for return.
- In the next section, choose the return method. Finally, choose the refund form.
- We only accept returns submitted through our RMA - please use our generated waybills. All that's left is to send the package! You can also check the status of your return in the Return merchandise authorization page.
Free returns are available in all countries except Ukraine. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer free returns from Ukraine. When returning a product from Ukraine, you only cover the shipping cost to the local warehouse.
