How to request an exchange?
If you want to exchange the product, you can do it within 30 days of receiving the shipment!
How to make an exchange?
- Go to Return Merchandise Authorization and log in to your Military Rewards Club account or enter your order number if you placed an order without logging in.
- In Order History, select the correct order and click Return/Complaint next to it.
- Then, select Exchange request.
- Select the product to be exchanged, the quantity and the reason for the exchange.
- In the next section, choose the return method.
Note! Use the shipping label generated by our shop.
