When will I receive a refund for the returned products?
Usually, we make refunds in up to five business days, up to a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned products.
Where is my return package?
If you used our return label and are returning from one of the countries listed below: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Hungary, United Kingdom,
Your package will first be delivered to the local carrier's warehouse. Please note that this is not the final destination. From there, all return packages are picked up and transported to our warehouse in Poland.
This part of the journey is no longer visible in the tracking system, so the status of your shipment may show as “delivered” even though your return shipment has not yet reached us.
Please be patient – once your shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will begin the return process and notify you by email.
