LYOFOOD Freeze-dried food Cheese mashed potatoes with mushrooms 90 g/465 kcal

A nutritious and easy-to-prepare freeze-dried meal. Pasta in cheese sauce packaged in a vacuum-sealed, waterproof bag made of heat-sealed film. LYOFOOD products are cooked before the freeze-drying process. Only natural ingredients are used - no artificial additives, no sugar, and no preservatives.

Freeze-drying

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the application of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every way. It meets the high demands of engaging in various extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude tourism, sailing, and qualified tourism both in summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travellers, extreme athletes on various expeditions or camps.

    A very good solution for trips – a quick and nutritious meal. I recommend adding less water than the manufacturer suggests, then the dish has a more pronounced flavour. The shop service, as usual, was lightning fast.

    I think Mexican Disk is one of my favourite dishes from Lyofood. This type of meal is very suitable for freeze-drying, because it's usually served mixed. It tastes really delicious.

    The goulash tastes excellent. It saved us when we were tired and soaked during the tactical competition. I sincerely recommend the freeze-dried products of this company, because they are exceptionally tasty.

    I have tried many freeze-dried meals, but in my opinion, the ones from Lyofood are the tastiest. The portion is moderate in size, but filling enough to satisfy your hunger without making you feel sluggish – which is important during activities, such as in the mountains ;)
