The only downside is the small corners where, despite vigorous mixing, dry freeze-dried bits still remain, and because of this, the pasta sometimes doesn’t soak up the water as it should.

The advantage of this dish is its sweet, fruity flavour, which is perfect to start the day, and it’s very easy to prepare – just pour boiling water over and wait a short while. This is my favourite dish from LYOFOOD. It definitely improves my mood. It's a great option – I always carry one portion with me. Preparation is incredibly easy – you only need half a glass of water.
