Tasty and filling food, great for longer trips where calories and low weight are important. For short outings of 1-2 nights I usually don't take freeze-dried meals, because despite their advantages, they also have the drawback of being quite expensive. You have to choose what's more important.

A very good solution for trips – a quick and nutritious meal. I recommend adding less water than the manufacturer suggests, then the dish has a more pronounced flavour. The shop service, as usual, was lightning fast.

I think Mexican Disk is one of my favourite dishes from Lyofood. This type of meal is very suitable for freeze-drying, because it's usually served mixed. It tastes really delicious.

The goulash tastes excellent. It saved us when we were tired and soaked during the tactical competition. I sincerely recommend the freeze-dried products of this company, because they are exceptionally tasty.

I have tried many freeze-dried meals, but in my opinion, the ones from Lyofood are the tastiest. The portion is moderate in size, but filling enough to satisfy your hunger without making you feel sluggish – which is important during activities, such as in the mountains ;)
