The portion is quite large, and after preparation it tastes like homemade food, not like a typical instant product. The packaging is durable and practical – you can eat straight from it. For a freeze-dried meal, it is filling and gives you energy. It's a good option for a quick meal while travelling, though the price could be a bit lower.

This dish is very tasty and nutritious. It is quick and easy to prepare, especially away from home. After adding water, it also has the right consistency. Although the price for one portion is quite high, the taste and quality definitely make up for it.
-
This is an excellent producer of freeze-dried meals — you can quickly prepare lunch without unnecessary effort or having to carry water. The taste and calorie content are of a very high standard, and the price is justified because the product does not take up much space in your luggage. It works perfectly for cycling trips.
-
Great, super-quick noodles, filling and high in calories, with ingredients reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. They are ready in just a few moments, and since you do not have to carry unnecessary water, only the very essence of the meal :), they work brilliantly on cycling trips!
-
A great, quick meal with a fairly high calorie content; in my opinion, the tastiest of all Lyofood meals. The ingredients are beyond reproach, and preparation takes literally just a moment. In addition, the packaging is compact, so it works brilliantly for cycling trips.

Pork loin with dill and potatoes from LYOFOOD is one of my favourite options from this brand. A Polish company and a typically Polish flavour—it’s hard to add anything more. The only downside is that the price keeps going up.
-
So delicious! This is my first experience with freeze-dried food; I bought it to try and was pleasantly surprised. Despite the lack of salt and pepper, it tastes great and there is no need to add anything else. I definitely recommend it—fantastic.

This was the first soup from Lyofood that I tried, and it was the one that encouraged me to go for more products from this brand — now I don’t choose any other. It tastes as if it were homemade, and it’s really very good.
-
This is a good, more filling and more calorie-dense meal from Lyo’s range. So far I’ve used it in summer, but it seems to me that such a solid, fatty portion will work brilliantly in winter. Lyo’s quality, as usual, is exceptionally high. The only drawback remains the price, although it must be admitted that freeze-drying is not a cheap process. The field version is already full-on tacticool!
-
It doesn’t look like classic scrambled eggs. In smell and taste, it brings to mind scrambled eggs with beans added, although as a scrambled-egg lover I could make a better version. Even so, it worked well as an alternative—it’s easy to make and a pretty good choice for starting the day.
-
The dish was quite tasty, although it didn’t stand out in any particular way. My fussy daughter recognised what it was, but complained a bit. The meal is fairly filling and easy to prepare, so it works well as a quick backup meal on the road.
-
Very tasty, really delicious. Even my picky daughter ate it with gusto. It’s quite filling, easy to prepare, and works brilliantly as a quick emergency meal while travelling.
-
A tasty and filling dish, relatively simple to prepare. It is worth watching the amount of water, because otherwise it can turn into a soup, although this does not negatively affect the taste. The dish is quite spicy, so children and teenagers probably did not like it.
-
Tasty, filling penne with properly seasoned Bolognese sauce. After preparation, the pasta has the right texture. It’s a good option for a quick meal away from home.
-
A very tasty and aromatic dish, well seasoned and with a noticeable character typical of tikka masala. The chicken remains tender, the sauce is silky, and after preparation the whole dish has an excellent texture. It is a hearty and successful meal that works very well when travelling. I recommend it.
