I have been taking this meal on trips for some time now. Among popular freeze-dried meals, in my opinion, this one has the best macros. The portion is sizable and satisfies hunger for a long time. Unfortunately, the price is high and keeps increasing. You get what you pay for.

Freeze-drying
The freeze-drying process is a vacuum dehydration of food products at extremely low temperatures (-50 C). Thanks to this technology, freeze-dried food is a complete, high-calorie meal that meets high expectations during extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude trekking, sailing, and other forms of summer and winter tourism. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, and professional athletes during various expeditions and camps.
