This is a good, more filling and more calorie-dense meal from Lyo’s range. So far I’ve used it in summer, but it seems to me that such a solid, fatty portion will work great in winter. Lyo’s quality, as usual, is exceptionally high. The only drawback remains the price, although it must be admitted that freeze-drying is not a cheap process. The field version is already full-on tacticool!

It doesn’t look like classic scrambled eggs. In smell and taste, it brings to mind scrambled eggs with beans added, although as a scrambled-egg lover I could make a better version. Even so, it worked well as an alternative—it’s easy to make and a pretty good choice for starting the day.

The dish was quite tasty, although it didn’t stand out in any particular way. My picky daughter recognized what it was, but complained a bit. The meal is fairly filling and easy to prepare, so it works well as a quick backup meal on the road.
-
A tasty and filling dish, relatively simple to prepare. It is worth watching the amount of water, because otherwise it can turn into a soup, although this does not negatively affect the taste. The dish is quite spicy, so children and teenagers probably did not like it.
-
Tasty, filling penne with properly seasoned Bolognese sauce. After preparation, the pasta has the right texture. It’s a good option for a quick meal away from home.
-
A very tasty and aromatic dish, well seasoned and with a noticeable character typical of tikka masala. The chicken stays tender, the sauce is silky, and after preparation the whole dish has a great texture. It is a filling and successful meal that works very well while traveling. I recommend it.
-
This is a very tasty dish with an interesting, harmoniously balanced flavor. The chicken stays tender, and the spices give it an oriental note. After preparation, it has the right consistency and works perfectly as a quick and nourishing meal in the field. Its price, however, could be a little lower.

This is a tasty and nutritious scrambled egg dish with a subtly spicy Mexican twist. Once prepared, it has the right consistency and is quite filling, so it’s great for breakfast or a quick meal outdoors. I recommend it.

Bigos stands out with its rich, homemade flavor and is well seasoned. After preparation, it has the right consistency, and the portion is suitable for a light and quick meal. It’s a very good option for trips and the outdoors, although the price is quite high for a portion of this size and its calorie content.

I like Lyofood products, but the Mexican scrambled eggs are not among my favourites. Maybe it is because I have always been used to the classic version, at most with some bacon added. This Mexican variant simply does not quite suit my taste.
-
Although I really like Lyofood's lunch dishes, the pork in green pepper with potatoes, although tasty, turned out to be exceptionally spicy. There are really a lot of peppercorns in it, which will not be to everyone's taste. For me, there was simply too much pepper.

Chicken Tikka Masala is a tasty dish. It did not require any additional seasoning. It is mildly spicy. A 95 g portion is entirely sufficient for one meal. With higher activity during the day, there is still easily room for dessert. The packaging is handy and easy to pack into a backpack.

I have been using Lyofood for many years and it has never let me down. The farfalle in spinach and cheese sauce were so tasty that it was hard to stop eating. The packaging is not as handy as it is for rice-based meals, but you can still fit it in somewhere. It is also sturdy enough, so there is no risk of it tearing.
-
I really recommend this pasta with cheese sauce. The portion is rather medium-sized, but the dish is quite high in calories, quite filling, and above all tastes great :)

I bought this product for mountain trips. It’s a great alternative to sandwiches, which used to be the staple of every outing. The meal is easy to prepare and provides plenty of calories.
