I think that Mexican Disk is one of my favorite dishes from Lyofood. This type of dish is very suitable for freeze-drying, because it is usually served mixed. It tastes really excellent.

LYOFOOD Freeze-Dried Food Pizzoccheri 120 g/611 kcal
Pizzoccheri is a hearty dish made with a unique blend of wheat and buckwheat pasta, paired with savoy cabbage and potatoes, and served with a flavorful sauce made from butter, sage, garlic, and a combination of cheeses—Parmesan and Latteria Grignolo. This recipe was created in collaboration with members of the Ragni di Lecco climbing team, drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of northern Italy.
Freeze-drying
Freeze-drying is a process that removes water from food using a vacuum and extremely low temperatures (-50°C). This advanced technology produces freeze-dried meals that are nutritionally complete and high in calories, ensuring a full spectrum of nutrients.
Freeze-dried meals meet the strict standards required for extreme sports such as climbing, mountain expeditions, sailing, and specialized trekking—year-round, in both summer and winter. These meals are widely used by polar explorers, elite athletes, and participants in expeditions and camps.

The goulash tastes excellent. It saved us when we were tired and soaked during tactical competitions. I sincerely recommend this company's freeze-dried products because they are exceptionally tasty.

I have tried many freeze-dried meals, but in my opinion, those from Lyofood are the tastiest. The portion is moderate in size, but filling enough to satisfy your hunger without feeling sluggish—which is important during activities, for example, in the mountains ;)

This is definitely my favorite product from this manufacturer out of all those I've tried. It tastes great, is nutritious, and gives plenty of energy. It was perfect for a long trip – I took it with me on a five-day hike and I'm very satisfied.

Another tasty dish from this well-known brand, LYO. I took it on a five-day trek. It tasted pretty good, although it had fewer calories than the macaroni and cheese from this series.
