Product reviews
In our store you can add a review of the product you purchased. The review must contain at least 150 characters. It is possible to add photos and YouTube videos. The reviews are moderated. They usually appear by the products in about 7 business days depending on the current number of reviews added by users on the website.
In addition, in our store we use the marking "Review confirmed by purchase". This indicates that we have checked whether the person adding the review has purchased the product to which the review relates in our online store. This status is given when the user provides an e-mail address when adding a review, and the system confirms in the order database that this address is associated with the purchase of the product in question. Verified reviews are marked "Review confirmed with purchase" by the published content.
If the e-mail address provided is not associated with an order covering the product, the review can still be added and published after moderation, but will not receive the "Review confirmed by purchase" marking.
We reserve the right not to accept reviews that contain elements:
- commonly considered offensive or vulgar,
- of a racist nature,
- of a pornographic or erotic nature,
- bearing the signs of crime or acts of unfair competition,
- violating copyright and intellectual property rights,
- misleading other customers.
We do not verify whether the person adding the review has used the product.
