Damaged shipment


What to do if the shipment is damaged?
If you have received the shipment, but the packaging is damaged or torn, you suspect that items are missing, take a photo documentation first. Photos of the damaged shipment are the basis for filing a claim with the courier company. Then inform us via email about the damaged shipment, attaching the photos taken.
If you notice damage to the shipment when it is delivered by the courier, immediately write a damage report and inform us about it.
