Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount code isn't working, check:

• the promotion terms — expiry date, minimum order value, products excluded from the promotion,
• whether the code was entered correctly, with no extra spaces,
• whether it was entered in the right field,
• whether it's a one-time code you've already used.

If all conditions are met and the discount still doesn't apply, please contact customer service.
