How to request a replacement?
If you want to exchange the product, you can do it within 30 days of receiving the shipment!
How to use the exchange?
- Go to Returns and claims zone and log in to your Military Rewards Club account or enter your order number if you placed the order without logging in.
- In Order History, select the correct order and click Request return/Warranty next to it.
- Then, select Exchange request.
- Select the product to be exchanged, the quantity and the reason for the exchange.
- In the next section, choose return by Royal Mail. Important! Use the shipping label generated by our store.
We will contact you to arrange the details of the exchange.
