How to prepare a package for return or complaint?
Secure the returned products properly - you can send them in their original packaging or in another box. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap. If you have the original packaging and paper tags attached to the product, pack them as well. Add a note to the shipment with the return number generated on the Return Merchandise Authorization page. Print the shipping label and stick it on the package.
