Great for slicing meat. The blade has just the right width and thickness for this kind of work. The handle is comfortable and doesn't slip out of a wet hand. The steel is easy to sharpen. I definitely recommend it.

The blade made of German 4116 Krupp steel, which has undergone cryogenic hardening, achieves higher hardness (55–57 HRC) and impact resistance. The steel, produced by the ThyssenKrupp company, is distinguished by excellent cutting properties, ease of maintenance, and high corrosion resistance.
