I have been passionate about knives for a long time, although I only do it as a hobby. There is something extraordinary about them, maybe it's that combination of simplicity and versatility? Unfortunately, I was never able to sharpen them properly – I couldn't maintain the right angle. I don't think I had any particular difficulties with it, but my friends always did it faster and better, which was very irritating for me. After buying this sharpener, my knives are finally professionally sharpened and I feel completely comfortable ;-) Seriously, I recommend it! In my opinion, this sharpening system is a real hit! Maybe the price could be a bit lower ;-)
