I have been passionate about knives for a long time, although I do it purely as a hobby. There is something extraordinary about them, maybe it's that combination of simplicity and versatility? Unfortunately, I was never able to sharpen them correctly—I just couldn't keep the right angle. I don't think I had any particular difficulties, but my friends always managed to do it faster and better, which was very frustrating for me. After buying this sharpener, my knives are finally professionally sharpened and I feel completely comfortable ;-) Seriously, I recommend it! In my opinion, this sharpening system is a real hit! Maybe the price could be a bit lower ;-)
