Terms and conditions of coupons for price reduction

§1 Organizer

1. The following terms and conditions set out the rules for the “coupon for price reduction,” hereinafter referred to as the “Offer.”
2. The Organizer of the Offer is FHTM sp. z o.o., ul. Graniczna 8C, 54-610 Wrocław, NIP: 8971750736, owner of MILITARY, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

§2 Place and duration of the Offer

1. The Offer is conducted in the military.eu online store and is available nationwide.
2. The Offer is valid from February 10th, 2026, until further notice.

§3 Participant

1. Any customer of MILITARY who makes online purchases that are not directly related to their business activity may participate in the Offer.

§4 Offer Rules

1. In order to participate in the Offer, you must provide a valid email address when shopping at MILITARY.
2. If, within 30 days of the purchase date, the price of the product in a given order is reduced by at least 5,00 GBP, the customer will receive a discount coupon at the email address provided.
3. The discount coupon is awarded for the amount of the reduction and can be used within 30 days.
4. In the event of a price reduction on more than one product in the order, the product with the largest price reduction will be taken into account.
5. If the order contained more than one piece of the same product, the coupon will be for a price reduction of one piece.
6. The participant may use the discount coupon received by entering its code in the “Discount coupon” field on the order cart page when making another purchase for an amount at least equal to the original price of the product referred to in §4(2).
7. The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The Offer does not apply to price reductions.

§5 Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Offer must be submitted in writing to the Organizer's registered office with the note “discount coupon for price reduction – complaints” or via email to contact-en@military.eu, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the discount coupon or from the date on which the discount coupon should have been granted.
2. The date on which the complaint is received by the Organizer determines whether the deadline for submitting complaints has been met.
3. A written complaint should include your first and last name, the email address used to register for the Offer, your mailing address, telephone number, and a detailed description and reason for the complaint.
4. Only Offer Participants are entitled to file complaints.

§6 Final provisions

1. The terms and conditions of the Offer are available at the Organizer's headquarters and at MILITARY.EU.
2. The terms and conditions are the only document defining the rules of the Offer; all promotional and advertising materials are for informational purposes only.
3. The Offer Coordinator on behalf of the Organizer is the Marketing Department, which can be contacted at the following e-mail address: contact-en@military.eu.
4. Any disputes arising in connection with the Offer shall be resolved amicably by the Organizer and the Participants. If no agreement is reached in this manner within 14 days of a written request by one of the parties for amicable settlement of the matter, the dispute shall be settled by the competent court in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, of which the Participant will be informed each time.
6. Changes made to the Terms and Conditions are binding on the Participant, provided that they have been properly informed of these changes and have not withdrawn from the Offer within 14 days of being notified of the changes made by the Organizer.
7. Information about changes to the terms and conditions will be posted at MILITARY.EU.
