At first, it didn't make a big impression on me – the handle seemed flimsy and plastic, and looked very much like a larger bread knife, while the blade seemed thin. However, when I started cutting meat, I completely changed my mind. The knife is incredibly sharp and using it is pure pleasure; it is also very comfortable to use. The only downside is that it doesn't have any blade cover. I highly recommend it!
