At first, it didn't impress me much – the handle seemed flimsy and plastic, much like a larger kitchen bread knife, and the blade seemed thin. However, when I started slicing meat, I completely changed my mind. The knife is incredibly sharp and cutting with it is pure pleasure; additionally, it is very comfortable to use. It's just a pity that there is no blade guard. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
