PNI Escort HP 82 Portable CB Radio

Mobile CB radio operating at 26.965 - 27.405 MHz AM/FM frequency. It supports 7 standards (EU, CE, PL, I2, DE, IN) with a default setting of EU 4W AM/FM. The station is equipped with NRC noise reduction system, which, together with adjustable ASQ (5 levels) and SQ (25 levels) functions, helps improve the quality of the received sound.

The model is equipped with a Dual Watch function, which gives you the ability to monitor two different channels simultaneously, and a Monitor function that allows you to listen to the current channel without transmitting. In addition, the radio allows you to quickly adjust the sound of keys, VOX levels or Roger Beep with the FUNC button. Transmission power can be adjusted between low (1.5 W) and high (4 W) using the appropriate function.

The station allows the use of several types of power supply. The included adapter allows you to use 12 V power supply via the car's cigarette lighter socket. The cable is also terminated with an antenna plug with the possibility of connecting directly under the CB radio. Optional power options are the use of a 7.4 V 1800 mAh lithium-ion battery (included) or via a power plug. Do not use a DC power supply with a BNC antenna!

With a car cigarette lighter plug adapter and external antenna connector installed, the radio can be used as a mobile station, while with a BNC antenna and lithium-ion battery pack connected, it can be used as a stand-alone (portable) radio.
