Opticon Dreamer Telescope - Black

A mirror telescope in black, designed for beginner and intermediate astronomy enthusiasts. The mirror optics eliminate chromatic aberrations, delivering bright, clear images of night-time objects. Its compact size allows for observations at home, from a balcony or even through a window, without needing a dedicated setup.

The Opticon Dreamer model uses a classic reflector optical system, where the primary mirror with a diameter of 80 mm plays a key role. This component gathers light, which is then transmitted to the eyepiece, resulting in a bright, clear image. With a focal length of 500 mm and a lens speed of f/6.25, you get the perfect balance between image detail and the width of the field of view.

The optical system enables up to 83x magnification, making it possible to observe in detail the Moon’s surface—including craters, maria, and mountain ranges. Under good conditions you can also see Saturn’s rings and Jupiter’s brightest moons. The range of 11.6 magnitude allows you to spot faint objects such as nebulae and clusters. A resolution of 1.52″ lets you distinguish fine details during planetary observations.

Included in the set is a focuser compatible with 1.25-inch eyepieces. The RedDot finder enables quick and precise location of celestial objects, something especially valuable for those new to astronomy. This solution removes the need for lengthy searching for points in the sky, making observations much more efficient. The complete set contains two eyepieces with focal lengths of 20 mm and 6 mm so you can choose the right magnification for your target.

The Dobson base construction delivers maximum simplicity and stability. Thanks to the low tripod height and compact dimensions, the telescope takes up little space and is well suited for limited spaces. The stable mounting directly affects comfort by eliminating unwanted vibrations and allowing for precise adjustments.
