A nutritious and easy-to-prepare freeze-dried meal. Pasta in cheese sauce vacuum-packed in a waterproof bag made of sealed foil. LYOFOOD products are cooked before the freeze-drying process. Only natural ingredients were used – no artificial additives, no sugar, and no preservatives.

Freeze-drying

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the application of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every way. It meets the high demands of engaging in various extreme sports such as climbing, high-altitude tourism, sailing, and qualified tourism both in summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, extreme athletes on various expeditions or camps.

    I definitely recommend the bigos from Lyofood. It has only advantages – it's lightweight, so it's easy to pack, it prepares instantly, and the taste is really very good. Of course, it's not the same as homemade bigos, but during a hike it works great.
