Lyophilization is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 degrees C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high requirements of various extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, qualified tourism both summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions or camps.

Red lentils in a composition of aromatic spices, cooked in a coconut-tomato sauce with the addition of gluten-free millet groats. As with all of LYOFOOD's meals, preparation is extremely quick and very easy.
