Coconut plant-based drink combined with gluten-free oat flakes, chia seeds, cinnamon, apples, and cranberries creates a nutritious and tasty meal. As with other LYOFOOD dishes, preparation is extremely simple and quick.

Freeze-drying

Freeze-drying involves dehydrating food in a vacuum using extremely low temperatures (-50 C). This technique ensures that the end product remains nutrient-rich and calorically dense, providing a complete meal suitable for individuals involved in extreme sports like climbing, sailing, or mountain tourism in both summer and winter. It is commonly utilised by polar explorers, travellers, and athletes during expeditions and camps.
