The Spitfire Plate Carrier model is made from laser-cut laminate, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, and softshell. The design provides full freedom of movement, and its modularity allows it to adapt to specific requirements.
robust construction, hypalon handles
Thanks to the durable and flexible hypalon handles, adjusting the vest is smooth and trouble-free. The handles also allow quick medical access if first aid is needed, and they are resistant to abrasion, tearing, and extreme temperatures. The vest's design ensures safe cable routing at the plate pockets and Cummerbund. The front flap can be attached directly to the vest or using Chest Rig type buckles (compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP systems, and others), and also allows use in a flapless configuration. The interchangeable Cummerbund has a compartment for side plates. The rear panel is compatible with the Crye Precision AVS system thanks to zippers. Additionally, the vest is equipped with a reinforced evacuation handle.

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
