The Spitfire Plate Carrier model is made from laser-cut laminate, extremely durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, and softshell. The vest's design does not restrict freedom of movement, and its modular construction allows for a perfect fit for the user.

The use of durable and flexible hypalon grips enables quick and easy adjustment of the vest. Hypalon elements also provide easy medical access in the event of needing first aid and are characterized by resistance to abrasion, tearing, and extreme temperatures. The vest's design allows for safe placement of cables near the plate pockets and cummerbund. The front flap can be attached directly to the vest or using Chest Rig-type buckles (system compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP, and other solutions). There is also the option to use the vest without the front flap configuration. The interchangeable cummerbund is equipped with a pocket for side plates. The rear panel is compatible with the Crye Precision AVS system thanks to zippers. Additionally, the vest has a reinforced evacuation grip.

The surface of the vest is covered with holes made using Laser-Cut technology, which are compatible with MOLLE gear. This allows individual configuration of equipment such as pouches, carriers, or pockets. At chest height, there's a zipper-closed pocket with a Velcro (hook and loop) panel, allowing attachment of selected patches or emblems.

It is one of the most well-known and recognizable PenCott patterns, created for maximum concealment in green environments. The pattern combines fine micro-patterns and realistic color noise with distinct contrasts that effectively disrupt the silhouette's contour. It is dominated by vibrant shades of green, olive, and brown, allowing effective concealment both up close and at greater distances, especially in the spring and summer seasons.
