The Spitfire Plate Carrier model is made from laser-cut laminate, extremely durable and resistant to abrasion Cordura 500D, and softshell. The vest's design does not restrict freedom of movement, and its modular construction allows for a perfect fit for the user.
Durable construction, hypalon handles
The use of durable and flexible hypalon handles allows for quick and easy adjustment of the vest. Hypalon components also provide easy medical access in case first aid is needed and are abrasion, tear, and extreme temperature resistant. The vest's design allows for secure cable placement around the plate pockets and cummerbund. The front flap can be attached directly to the vest or with Chest Rig type buckles (system compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP, and others). There is also an option to use the vest without the front flap. The exchangeable cummerbund is equipped with a pocket for side plates. The rear panel is compatible with the Crye Precision AVS system through zippers. Additionally, the vest features a reinforced evacuation handle.
Laser-cut system, Velcro panel
The vest's surface is covered with holes made using Laser-Cut technology, which is compatible with MOLLE gear. This allows for individual configuration of equipment such as pouches, containers, or pockets. At chest height, there is a zippered pocket with a Velcro panel, allowing for attachment of selected patches or emblems.

PenCott is a modern II generation digital camouflage system, developed by the British company Hyde Definition. It features a multi-level pattern structure, encompassing micro, mezzo, and macro patterns.
PenCott GreenZone is a camouflage variant designed for operations in lush, green vegetation, typical of deciduous forests, meadows, and scrublands of the temperate zone, especially in the landscapes of Central and Western Europe. Laser Cut System
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.

This was one of the last items I needed to complete my kit. The vest is very comfortable and sturdy. The only downside is the lack of a quick-release cord, but other than that it performs excellently – I rate it 10/10.

It's a bit small, it doesn't cover the belly button or kidneys, but I think that's how it's supposed to be. Besides, it's easy to put on and take off, and it's also very light.

There is no need to advertise the quality of Direct Action equipment – it is one of the best brands in this price category. The vest is comfortable, and the material on the inside does a much better job of wicking away heat than typical foam with mesh. The adjustment system is quick and easy, and the ballistic plates hold in place very well. I highly recommend it.
