durable 500D Cordura
The Spitfire Plate Carrier model created from laser-cut laminate, durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura and softshell. The design of the vest guarantees freedom of movement, and its modularity allows for optimal adjustment to user needs.
durable design, hypalon grips
The use of durable and flexible hypalon grips allows for quick and simple vest adjustment. The grips also provide easy medical access in case of first aid and are resistant to abrasion, tears, and extreme temperatures. The design of the vest allows for safe cable management next to the plate pockets and the Cummerbund. The front flap can be attached directly to the vest or via Chest Rig buckles (system compatible with Mayflower/Velocity, HSP, and others), or it can be used without the flap. Interchangeable Cummerbund equipped with a side plate compartment. The rear panel is compatible with the Crye Precision AVS system thanks to zippers. Additionally, the vest is equipped with a reinforced evacuation handle.
laser-cut system, velcro panel
The surface of the vest is covered with holes made with laser-cut technology, compatible with MOLLE gear. This allows for any configuration of equipment elements - pouches, compartments, or pockets. At chest height, there is a zipped pocket with a Velcro panel, allowing for the attachment of selected patches or emblems.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Centre (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its aim was to develop a universal camouflaging pattern effective in varied terrains and changing environmental conditions.
The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to dynamically adapt to the surroundings, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions. In Central and Eastern Europe, it is particularly effective in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available for civilians, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
