A kitchen butcher knife designed with the processing of meat in mind. The Straight Back profile blade is made of 4116 Krupp stainless steel, and the handle is made from a durable material Zy-Ex.
4116 Krupp steel, cryogenic hardening
The blade is made from high-quality German 4116 Krupp steel, subjected to the process of cryogenic hardening, which allows for greater hardness (55-57 HRC) and higher impact resistance. This steel, a product of ThyssenKrupp, offers excellent cutting properties, is simple to maintain, and is highly resistant to corrosion.
Straight Back blade profile
The Straight Back profile blade measures 254 mm in length and has a thickness of 2.5 mm. The blade is characterised by its durability and easiness to re-sharpen.
Zy-Ex material handle
The ergonomic handle is made from durable Zy-Ex material and coated with Kray-Ex with a non-slip surface, which is food safe.
