Butcher's kitchen knife designed for meat processing. The Straight Back profile blade is made of 4116 Krupp stainless steel, and the handle is produced from durable Zy-Ex material.
4116 Krupp steel, cryogenic hardening
The blade is made of high-quality German 4116 Krupp steel, subjected to the cryogenic hardening process, which allows for greater hardness (55-57 HRC) and higher impact strength. This steel, a product of ThyssenKrupp, offers excellent cutting properties, is easy to maintain, and is highly resistant to corrosion.
Straight Back blade profile
The Straight Back profile blade has a length of 254 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm. The blade is characterized by durability and ease of resharpening.
Zy-Ex material handle
