Points for purchases

MRC points are given to Military Rewards Club members. You can collect them when making purchases and by leaving a review for a purchased product. You can later use the points you’ve collected as a discount on future orders.

You can exchange your collected points for a discount on your purchases: 1 point = £0.10 discount. For example, when you use 300 MRC points, you will pay £30 less for your order. You can use points to pay for up to 30% of the value of your cart.

30-Day Price Protection

What is 30-Day Price Protection?

As a member of the Military Rewards Club, you shop risk-free and without waiting for sales. If the price of a product in a given order is reduced by at least 10%, but not less than 5 GBP, within 30 days of the date of purchase, you’ll receive a discount coupon from us for the difference. That’s why it’s worth staying signed in while shopping.

You don’t have to do anything! Our system monitors prices for you. If the price of a product drops, we’ll automatically send a coupon to your e-mail address.

Terms and conditions for receiving and using the coupon:

• To receive a discount coupon under the 30-day price protection, you must make the purchase while signed in,
• We issue the coupon for the amount by which the price was reduced,
• If multiple products in the order had reduced prices, the coupon will be for the largest reduction,
• If your order included multiple units of the same product, the coupon will apply to the discount on a single unit,
• You can use the coupon on an order with a value at least equal to the original price of the product,
• The coupon does not apply to products whose price has been reduced,
• The coupon is valid for 30 days,
• It can be used when placing an order in the online store.

Anniversary coupon for MRC members

Every user with a Military Rewards Club account is eligible to receive a discount coupon once a year to mark the anniversary of their account creation.

• MRC members do not need to take any additional action to receive the anniversary coupon,
• The coupon has a value of 5%,
• The coupon can be combined with MRC points,
• The coupon can be used within 30 days of receipt,
• The coupon is valid for orders over £20,
• The coupon will be sent to the email address associated with your MRC account,
• The offer is valid from January 1, 2026 until further notice,
• The offer may be terminated at the end of the calendar year,
• Information regarding the end of the offer will be published on this page.
