Wisport Sparrow II Backpack 20 l - RAL 6003
A new version of the popular Sparrow backpack – a compact 20-litre model designed for survival and military applications, made of 500D Cordura in RAL 6003 colour. The design is based on the urban Raven model and has been adapted for intensive outdoor use.
Durable Cordura construction
Made of sturdy 500D Cordura, a material with high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, which translates into long-term durability when used in harsh environments.
2 compartments, 5 pockets, hydration system
Equipped with two spacious compartments. The main compartment (17 l) has four D-rings on the back wall for attaching accessories. The auxiliary compartment contains an extensive organiser for sorting small items. Inside the main compartment there are mesh pockets with zips. The flap features a flat pocket the size of the main compartment and approx. 4 cm thick – ideal for documents, maps or a small laptop. On the outside of the flap there is a small pocket for quick access.
Inside, there is a hook for a water tank, a hole for a tube of a hydration system and two handles (one on each shoulder strap) for secure attachment.
Main closure and protective flaps
A two-way zip running along three edges of the flap allows for wide opening of the backpack and easy access to the contents of both compartments. All zips are durable and wear-resistant, equipped with textile handles for easy operation when wearing gloves. Additional protection is provided by cover strips that protect the zips from dirt and moisture.
Carrying system, compression straps, transport handle
The ACS – Air Comfort System is responsible for the rigidity and ventilation of the back, increasing carrying comfort. Contoured shoulder straps with quick release and an adjustable chest strap allow for a precise fit. The inside of the shoulder straps is made of dense material with anti-snag properties.
On the sides of the backpack, there are two adjustable straps with 30 mm fastex buckles, used to compress the contents or to attach equipment to the outside – e.g. tarpaulins, sleeping pads, jackets or camouflage nets. A long and wide carrying handle is located at the top of the backpack, making it easy to carry by hand.
MOLLE / PALS
The front, sides and bottom of the backpack are covered with MOLLE/PALS straps, which allow for the attachment of additional equipment or quick access to essential urgent need items.
Velcro panel
A Velcro panel is located on the front, allowing customization of the backpack by attaching emblems, flags or morale patches.
Manufacturer's warranty
This model comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

A very good backpack in every respect, although for me the downside is the weight – the sturdy Cordura is heavy, so I do feel the weight a bit during everyday work, especially towards the end of the day. Apart from that, the workmanship is of a high standard.

I bought the backpack in July 2021 and have been using it almost every day. It is very solid. After washing, the molle straps got slightly damaged, so I washed it in a protective cover next time. I also noticed the price went up a lot – four years ago, I paid 299 PLN.

This is basically a smaller version of the Sparrow 30, practically identical :) Thanks to this, it is very comfortable for everyday use, because 30 litres is a lot, and if it is not fully loaded, it can be a bit flimsy. I wholeheartedly recommend it as a backpack for everyday use.

Durable, well-designed backpack. Suitable for both daily use and field trips. Very sturdy material, resistant to damage and moisture, giving confidence in reliability. 20 litres capacity and a well-thought-out internal arrangement allow for convenient organisation, and the MOLLE system makes expansion easy. The backpack is comfortable even during prolonged use – the shaped straps and stiffened back increase comfort. Ideal for those seeking durability and functionality without unnecessary extras. As always, Wisport did not disappoint – I recommend it.

The backpack is really worth its price! It has an aesthetic look and at the same time is very functional. Solidly made, lots of adjustment options, a thoughtfully organised system of pockets and compartments. I recommend it!

A versatile backpack, great both for day trips outside the city and for everyday use at work. The Sparrow 20 replaces my Sparrow 30 when I need something smaller. You can also expand it with special side pockets or other accessories in the Molle system.

I already have the Sparrow 30 model, but I needed something smaller for work and the Sparrow 20 worked great. It has comfortable straps, fits drinks, food, daily accessories and a small speaker with headphones. It's definitely worth tying up the dangling cords with elastic bands; four are already attached to the backpack, but getting a few more is useful so nothing gets tangled up.

A very solidly made backpack, clever design, many possibilities for attaching and organising kit. The pockets are also well arranged. A bit heavy, but that's the price for durability. Overall I highly recommend it.
