Wisport Sparrow II Backpack 20 l - wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland
The new version of the popular Sparrow backpack – a compact 20-litre model designed for survival and military applications, made of 500D Cordura, in wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage. The design is based on the urban Raven model and has been adapted for intensive field use.
Durable Cordura construction
Made of robust 500D Cordura, a material with high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, which translates into long-lasting durability when used in harsh environments.
2 compartments, 5 pockets, hydration system
Equipped with two spacious compartments. The main compartment (17 l) has four D-rings on the back wall for attaching accessories. The secondary compartment contains an extensive organiser for sorting small items. Inside the main compartment there are mesh pockets with zips. The flap features a flat pocket the size of the main compartment and approx. 4 cm thick – ideal for documents, maps or a small laptop. On the outside of the flap there is a small pocket for quick access.
Inside, there is a hook for a water tank, an opening for a tube of a hydration system and two handles (one on each shoulder strap) for secure attachment.
Main fastener, protective strips
A two-way zip running along three edges of the flap allows for wide opening of the backpack and easy access to the contents of both compartments. All zips are durable and wear-resistant, equipped with textile pulls for easy operation when wearing gloves. Additional protection is provided by protective strips that protect the zips from dirt and moisture.
Carrying system, compression straps, transport handle
The ACS – Air Comfort System ensures structure and back ventilation, enhancing carrying comfort. Shaped shoulder straps with quick-release function and an adjustable chest strap allow for a precise fit. The inner side of the straps is made of dense, snag-resistant fabric.
Each side of the backpack features two adjustable straps with fastex 30 mm buckles, used for compression or securing gear externally – such as a tarp, mat, jacket, or camouflage net. A wide and long transport handle is located at the top of the pack for easy carrying by hand.
MOLLE / PALS
The front, sides, and bottom are covered with MOLLE/PALS webbing for attaching additional gear or for quick access to urgent need equipment.
Velcro panel
A velcro panel is placed on the front for customising the backpack with patches, flags, or morale patches.
wz.93 leśny "Pantera" Full Camo
The backpack is made in the wz.93 "Pantera" forest camouflage used by the Polish Armed Forces. In the full camo version, all straps (compression straps, MOLLE straps, shoulder straps) are made in the same camouflage pattern as the backpack material.

Camouflage wz.93 "Pantera"
The wz.93 "Pantera" camouflage pattern is currently used by the Polish Armed Forces. It was the first camouflage pattern designed and introduced into widespread use in the Third Polish Repubic. The 1993 pattern combines mimetic and deforming properties through the use of irregular spots of various sizes. The color scheme, based on green, brown, and black, has been adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making "Pantera" a good choice for operations in the native terrain. Uniforms in this camouflage pattern are also part of the basic equipment for students of Military Uniform Classes.

A very good backpack in every respect, although for me the downside is the weight – the sturdy Cordura is heavy, so I do feel the weight a bit during everyday work, especially towards the end of the day. Apart from that, the workmanship is of a high standard.

I bought the backpack in July 2021 and have been using it almost every day. It is very solid. After washing, the molle straps got slightly damaged, so I washed it in a protective cover next time. I also noticed the price went up a lot – four years ago, I paid 299 PLN.

This is basically a smaller version of the Sparrow 30, practically identical :) Thanks to this, it is very comfortable for everyday use, because 30 litres is a lot, and if it is not fully loaded, it can be a bit flimsy. I wholeheartedly recommend it as a backpack for everyday use.

The backpack is really worth its price! It has an aesthetic look and at the same time is very functional. Solidly made, lots of adjustment options, a thoughtfully organised system of pockets and compartments. I recommend it!

A versatile backpack, great both for day trips outside the city and for everyday use at work. The Sparrow 20 replaces my Sparrow 30 when I need something smaller. You can also expand it with special side pockets or other accessories in the Molle system.

I already have the Sparrow 30 model, but I needed something smaller for work and the Sparrow 20 worked great. It has comfortable straps, fits drinks, food, daily accessories and a small speaker with headphones. It's definitely worth tying up the dangling cords with elastic bands; four are already attached to the backpack, but getting a few more is useful so nothing gets tangled up.
