Wiley X Gravity Tactical Glasses - Captivate Polarized Blue/Black Crystal

Comfortable, lightweight and well-fitting tactical glasses. The mechanical strength of the glasses allows you to protect your eyes from shrapnel, ricochets and other incoming objects. They meet the requirements of Class F (protect against objects weighing 0.86 g moving at 45 m/s).

Made of Triloid nylon, the contoured frames, as well as the unbreakable Selenite polycarbonate lenses, meet ANSI Z87.1+ and EN166 F ballistic protection standards. They protect the eyes from harmful UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays, as well as blue light (HEV). The shape of the frames ensures a good fit and does not limit comfort when using headphones or hearing protectors. Rubber, non-slip temples and nose pads ensure the glasses sit firmly on the face. The detachable Facial Cavity Seal cap makes the glasses fit snugly on the face, protecting, among others, against wind or dust.

They are equipped with lenses with light transmission of 11% and a CAPTIVATE polarizing filter placed between the lens layers, on sunny days it focuses light in one plane, filters out the glare of the sun's rays, boosts brightness and improves depth perception. On cloudy and/or rainy days, it imparts better contrast to objects, which dramatically improves the quality of vision, providing perfect clarity and complete visual comfort. Such glasses are recommended for drivers, skiers, anglers and hikers.

The anti-reflective coating eliminates distracting glare, so the rays do not reflect back to the eyes, distort the image and irritate the eyes. This results in a clearer view than standard Captivate glasses.

The glasses use T-Shell Scratch coating to prevent scratches on the lenses. The oleophobic coating prevents dust, dirt, oil, snow and water from sticking to the lens.

Ballistic standards:
- ANSI Z87.1+ standard - according to this standard, the frame and visor will withstand the impact of a steel ball with a diameter of 6.35 mm, moving at 164.6 km/h,
- EN.166F standard - meets the European standard for protection against the impact of accelerated particles (Medium Energy Impact). According to the standard, the frame and visors can withstand the impact of a steel ball with a diameter of 6 mm and a weight of 0.86 g, moving at a speed of 162 km/h.
