Vector Optics Paragon 10x42 SCBRF-02 Binoculars with Laser Rangefinder

Binoculars from the Vector Optics Paragon line with 10x magnification, 42 mm objective lenses and a laser rangefinder with a range of up to 2300 m, designed for field observation and distance measurement. The optical system, based on BK-7 prisms and a BBAR anti-reflective coating, ensures a clear image, while the integrated inclinometer allows terrain angle measurement. The shock-resistant PPS polymer housing meets the requirements of the IP67 standard, protecting against dust and water.

The optical system is based on BK-7 glass prisms and a broadband BBAR anti-reflective coating, which increases light transmission and improves image clarity. 10x magnification allows accurate observation of distant objects, and the field of view is 93 m at a distance of 1000 m (5.32 degrees). The exit pupil diameter is 4.2 mm.

The model is equipped with an OLED display with 9 brightness levels, allowing the readability of the indications to be adjusted to lighting conditions. The central focus system enables precise image adjustment, while the dioptre correction range of +/-5 makes it easier to adapt the optical system to the user's individual requirements. 19 mm eye relief ensures comfortable viewing also for people wearing corrective glasses, while the minimum focusing distance is 5.5 m.

The integrated laser rangefinder with a range of up to 2300 m allows distance measurement to observed objects with an accuracy of +/-1 m for distances up to approximately 250 m and +/-2 m above that distance. Measurement time is less than 0.5 s for distances below 100 m and less than 1.5 s for distances from 100 m. The continuous scanning function allows consecutive measurements to be taken during observation.

The integrated inclinometer allows angle measurement within a range of +/-60 degrees, with an accuracy of +/-1 degree for angles below 30 degrees and +/-2 degrees in the range from 30 to 60 degrees. The design is complemented by an angle compensation function and automatic switching between horizontal and angled measurement mode, which makes it easier to determine the distance to objects located at different heights.

The housing is made of PPS polymer, resistant to impacts, temperature changes and weather conditions. The design meets the requirements of the IP67 standard, providing full protection against dust ingress and resistance to the effects of immersion in water to a depth of 1 m for 30 minutes.

The binoculars are designed to operate in temperatures from -10 to +50 degrees Celsius, and the included neck strap makes it easier to carry the equipment comfortably during field observation.

The laser rangefinder and OLED display are powered by a CR2 battery. The battery compartment is located on the bottom of the housing, allowing it to be replaced without the use of additional tools.
