The fuel base serves as a shield, retaining heat generated during combustion. When folded, it accommodates the entire set, making it easier to carry.

The burner is made from brass. It is equipped with a ring to adjust the flame size or extinguish it. Inside the heater, there is fibreglass, which should be soaked with liquid alcohol and lit to heat the burner.
