The M20T Pro model provides a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 30 dB. Innovative Clear Voice Tracking technology enhances speech clarity, which directly improves call quality and the intelligibility of voice messages.

With a 30 dB NRR these protectors effectively reduce incoming noise. The system actively blocks impulses above 82 dB, responding in about 1 ms for instant reduction of harmful sounds. Ambient sound pass-through is available in three modes, allowing you to adapt performance to your work environment.

The compact, lightweight build makes them easy to carry and comfortable to wear for long periods. The device meets the IPX4 standard, providing resistance to splashes and light rain from any direction.

The set includes 2 types of ear tips in sizes S/M/L, allowing you to customize the fit to your ear for better noise reduction. A flexible cord connects the earbuds to help prevent loss, and microphone windshields minimize wind interference.

Each earbud features a rubber-textured button that lets you manage all functions without needing a phone:

• double-clicking activates call answering and playback control
• press and hold to reject a call
• triple-pressing allows you to skip tracks

The device notifies you of active features using audio signals.

The set works in two main modes – with Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity enabled or disabled. Bluetooth mode allows you to listen to music and take phone calls. In passive mode, only ambient sound is transmitted and regulated, letting you tailor device features to your current needs.

Compatible with a charging case, providing up to about 10 hours of battery life. The case features a LED indicator showing battery status and a USB-C port protected by a rubber cover. You get low-battery alerts, and automatic shutdown after 2 hours of inactivity helps save power.
