Made of durable and strong Rip-Stop material, this lightweight bodybuilding belt is a great alternative to traditional and heavy leather belts. The belt provides strong and stable lumbar support when performing barbell training, WODs, squats, rips, dips and deadlifts.
The belt is well shaped and extremely easy to use. It does not interfere when performing very deep squats. For the proper fit to the user's figure is responsible for a long, wide Velcro ending in a buckle with a movable sleeve, which allows the belt to be loosened freely when performing strength exercises that require a larger area of freedom of movement.
There is also a Velcro panel on the waistband that allows you to attach a Morale Patch or name patch, which will contribute to significant personalization.

I wouldn't dare to use this belt for powerlifting, as it's missing an additional internal anchor point and a Velcro strip. However, it's more than sufficient for gardening, construction work, or occasional gym exercises. The stitching is solid and the quality of the material matches the price. Due to its design, I find it more suitable for support than for bodybuilding where heavy lifting is involved.
