MFK02 is a solid training mat with a thickness of 20 mm. It is made of soft EVA foam and thermoplastic TPE plastic. The mat is equipped with a base with a non-slip structure, so it does not move during exercise.
The mat adapts to the shape of the user's body and provides very good cushioning, increasing the comfort of training. It will work well for both weight training and fitness exercises. When not using it, the mat can be easily hung on the wall using two small holes.
