HMS PST Slam Ball 10 kg

Slam Ball with a weight of 10 kg. Created for functional training of the whole body. Allows you to perform a very effective exercise involving throwing the ball from above the head against the ground. It was constructed in such a way that it does not bounce off the ground.

The Slam Ball by HMS has a coating of durable, waterproof PVC plastic and a sand filling. As a result, the ball can easily catch and repeatedly hit the ground with it. The texture of the material prevents the ball from slipping out of his hands.

It is worth mentioning that the ball has a universal design and can be successfully used as a medical ball.
