Dedicated to barbell and gymnastic exercises, the elastic wrist welt from the Polish brand Thorn+Fit. The brace supports the user by ensuring the correct position of the wrist during barbell pressing, thus minimizing the risk of injury when lifting heavier weights.
The brace is made of a combination of strong and durable materials that keep heat around the wrist, as well as wicking away moisture generated during intense exercise.The product features ease of use. To adjust the brace, you need to tighten or loosen the brace, and then lock it in place with Velcro. The silicone grip and elastic loop allows you to quickly put on and take off the puller.
The 24-inch-long pullers are recommended for training with heavier weights, where wrist support and control are much more important than the speed of the exercise.
