Slam Ball with a weight of 8 kg. Created for functional training of the whole body. Allows you to perform a very effective exercise involving throwing the ball from above the head against the ground. It is constructed in such a way that it does not bounce off the ground.
The Slam Ball by Thorn+Fit has a rubber coating and synthetic sand filling. As a result, the ball can easily catch and repeatedly hit the ground with it.
