It effectively protects the substrate from damage and at the same time reduces sounds caused, for example, by exercises or put down weights. It can accommodate both smaller and larger equipment, including a bench, exercise bike, orbiter or rowing machine.
In the package there are 4 pieces of 61 x 61 cm each. The puzzle-type assembly system allows you to configure the parts as you wish. Using 4 pieces, we can, for example, make one large mat of size 122 x 122 cm. Stability of the structure is ensured by deep indentations.

Product matches the description. The mat is very comfortable and protects the floor in the gym well from damage. It does not retain any indentations.

The mat works well with heavy weights and protects the floor, e.g. during deadlifts, provided several layers are used. With just one layer, I wouldn't risk dropping a barbell even from a small height.

The mat is solid and very functional for various sports equipment. For example, I keep bicycles on it and use one piece under the Christmas tree stand :) The puzzles can be connected at different angles thanks to the special cuts on the edges.
