Fleeces work best when they fit closely to the body. Their thinness is a plus – two thin ones are better than one thick one. I decided to buy it based on the description, but the fleece fits me quite tightly, perhaps a little too much. I'll probably buy another one, but in a larger size. I was surprised by the reversed zip and the patch on the right side instead of traditionally on the back or the left. I heard it can be used as an inner lining, maybe then everything will fit together. The material is very stretchy and women can easily buy it too. I recommend it.

Overall, it’s alright, but I do have some reservations. I don’t quite understand the idea behind the design. To attach the fleece to the Conger jacket, you have to turn it inside out. Then the pockets end up on the inside, and the fleece itself is reversed. I’m not sure if this is the right solution, as the nice side of the fleece for the body is against the jacket, and the part that should be inside is on the outside – how does this affect thermal properties? It’s also quite small for a size L (I have the jacket in size L), rather tight under the arms. The fleece itself is not particularly thick. After attaching it to the jacket, the whole thing doesn’t seem especially warm. I definitely wouldn’t call this set suitable for harsh frost. The jacket and fleece are black. To sum up: it’s rather ok.

Regarding size, I agree it is worth choosing one larger. The sweatshirt itself is very pleasant to the touch and, despite its apparent thinness, provides good warmth. The cut is rather slim – well-fitted to the figure, but not tight or restrictive.

Big plus. The fleece is very warm – you can quickly feel its thermal properties. I think the sizing runs a bit small. I chose an M for a base layer and it's a great choice. But as an outer sweatshirt, I would recommend an L.

I bought the Conger fleece specifically for the TEXAR CONGER jacket as a permanent liner in size 4XL – it fits the jacket of the same size. I’m 188 cm tall, weigh 98 kg, have a chest measurement of 116 cm and the fleece fits just right; it stretches slightly, but not excessively. If you want to use it with a thicker fleece (e.g. 250+ g/m²), it might get tight inside – so it’s worth picking a thinner one. It works well in low temperatures, both with a Scandinavian store fleece as a base layer and with a wool sweater. The product is rather thin and was bought mainly as a liner for the jacket so that the jacket membrane doesn’t get damaged by frequent detaching and attaching of the fleece. I’m satisfied, although the sizing is quite unusual – it’s a pity there is no 5XL. The fleece does its job, and the shop, as usual, provided express delivery. I gave 4 stars because the sizing is a bit odd. I recommend it!

Sweatshirt bought a few months after the jacket – fits great both with the jacket and on me. High-quality material, sturdy fastening to the jacket. Note, the liner fastens 'inside out' – this is how the zips are sewn and how you get access to the pockets. A very good set for every season.

Warm, not too thick. I mainly use it at work, so it's had heavy use and it works well. It could be a little longer, but overall I am very satisfied. This is already my second purchase of this product.

I bought my first Conger fleece in 2021, and recently purchased another, so I can compare them. The product quality is still very high. In the newer version, the inside of the fleece is even more pleasant to the touch. I did, however, notice a major flaw - the sizing has changed for the worse. The previous L was clearly bigger, the current one is practically an enlarged M. I wanted to exchange the product for a bigger one, but I had already removed the tag, believing that Texar L always means Texar L. I was disappointed with the new sizing. I still recommend the product, but be careful when choosing the size!

The polar is warm and relatively comfortable, but the sizes don't completely match – it's better to choose larger than it seems appropriate. My only remark concerns the design: the sleeves start quite narrow compared to the rest, although it may depend on body shape.

Fleece of very good quality (this is already my second purchase of this kind). Thanks to its weight, it works great under a jacket, and despite its thickness it's quite warm. I use it in different weather conditions and it has never let me down. An additional advantage is its small size when folded.

The fleece sweatshirt is comfortable and fits well. You can use it on its own as an outer garment or attach it as a liner to a suitable winter jacket. It's worth trying it on before buying to choose the right size.

I give it 5 out of 5 stars. This is already my second such sweatshirt, because it fits very well under a jacket. I still use both and wear them often. The cut slims the figure and fits well. The pockets are large, which makes it easy to store and take out, e.g., a phone. The sweatshirt is light, the material is stretchy and doesn't crease, although the manufacturer did not mention this feature, but should have. Any creases straighten out quickly. I highly recommend it.

The quality of workmanship meets all the criteria: design, finish, material. I bought the sweatshirt for the ECWCS Texar Conger jacket – the right size, but it is a bit too tight under the arms. I recommend choosing the size more carefully!

Very good quality at a great price. The sweatshirt is thin or at most of medium thickness, so it is perfect under a jacket. The warm, high collar means you can do without a scarf. The only downside is the sizing. I usually buy XL, but here I had to exchange for XXL because XL was too tight in the shoulders, under the arms, and on the chest, although the sleeves then became a bit too long.

I wanted to use this fleece as an extra layer with the Conger jacket – the zips and fastenings are compatible, but the fleece material sticks to clothes, making it difficult to put the jacket on and take it off. For this reason, I returned the fleece. If Texar produces a lining from a smoother material, I'll gladly buy it, because the jacket itself is fantastic.
