Universal sharpener equipped with three sharpening slots with an adjustable angle to help maintain the optimum sharpening angle depending on the blade used.
The slot with Coarse Tungsten Carbide plates is designed for initial sharpening and honing of blades. The slot with Fine gradation ceramic bars is used for final sharpening and polishing of blades. The middle slot without angle adjustment has been equipped with thin lite ceramic plates and adapted for sharpening the serrated edge of the blade.
The sharpening angle can be changed by pushing in and turning the knob with the angle markings on it. The sharpener features a six-step adjustment of the sharpening angle and allows you to adapt it to knives of different purposes.

The ergonomic soft grip and rubberized base ensure precise and safe sharpening. All three abrasive elements are fully replaceable by unscrewing them from the base after undermining the guard.
