Manual diamond sharpener nib type.It is equipped with a rod of 25,4 cm in length, made of durable steel and coated with particles of synthetic diamond.The design of the rod makes it suitable for sharpening both knives with a smooth blade and serrated knives or hooks.
On the surface of the rod are oval holes covered with multiple layers of micron-sized monocrystalline diamonds. This helps speed up the sharpening process by collecting and trapping metal filings that accumulate during sharpening.
The sharpener is characterized by lightness and good balance. Ergonomically shaped handle prevents the sharpener from slipping out of hands during operation. At the end of the handle there is a ring, which allows you to hang the sharpener, for example, on a hook in the kitchen or workshop.
At the end of the sharpening rod is a plastic tip that protects the tabletop from scratching during sharpening.
